Terms and Conditions
• $15 more per night for additional guest.
• A two-night minimum is required for special event weekends and holidays.
• No smoking is allowed
• A booking deposit of 25% of the total is due when reservation is made to ensure your stay.
• Any cancellation or change after the reservation is made is subject to a $25 rebooking fee per night.
• Check-in is anytime after 3pm. We have a self check-in process, and you will be receiving check-in videos and a door code prior to your arrival.
• Check-out is 11 am.
Policies: NO SMOKING ON PREMISES, pets only with innkeeper approval (please call when booking); limited disabled access (contact innkeeper); children welcome.
Please remember due to our size, last minute cancellations give us little time to rebook our suites. Should you find you are unable to utilize your reservation, you may move it to a different date or cancel the reservation. If you choose to cancel your reservation, cancellation charges will apply. Cancellations ten (10) or more days prior to your arrival date you will be charged a $45.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than ten (10) days from your scheduled arrival date you will be charged one full reservation night. If a cancellation is 72 hours or less to arrival date, the full reservation will be charged. For special event weekends or holidays, cancellations 20 days or less from scheduled check in date will be charged one half of the reservation.
International Lodging Protector is provided by Allianz Global Assistance. If you selected "Yes, add lodging protector" above, a separate charge will appear on your credit card for this service. This service is available to US residents only.
